Gov. Greg Abbott and Attorney General Ken Paxton have scores to settle in the upcoming Texas primary season. Abbott is working to defeat the 21 House Republicans who voted last month to remove a school choice proposal from an education bill. Paxton wants to unseat the 60 House Republicans who voted to impeach him last May for abuse of office. The Senate acquitted Paxton at the end of a trial in September. There are 15 House Republicans who are in the cross-hairs of both Abbott and Paxton.
