The Texas Rangers will be without two of their star players for the rest of the World Series. Right fielder Adolis Garcia and starting pitcher Max Scherzer have both been removed from the Rangers' postseason roster. Garcia was replaced by outfielder Ezequiel Duran, while Scherzer's spot has been filled by left-handed pitcher Brock Burke. Garcia suffered a moderate strain of his oblique in Game Three. The 30-year-old slugger finishes a historic postseason run with eight home runs and 22 RBI through 15 games. Scherzer left his Game Three start after his back locked up in the third inning. The three-time Cy Young Award winner went 0-and-1 with a 6.52 ERA through three starts this postseason.
