UTSA officials say they're freezing all resident undergraduate tuition rates for two-years. In this year's legislative session, lawmakers approved nearly 700-million-dollars for the state's public higher education institutions in exchange for certain other programs. The U-T Board of Regents voted to freeze all resident undergrad academic costs for two-years, including tuition, college course fees, mandatory academic fees, and all academic-related general fees. The pause on fee increases will take effect over this year and next year.
