Officials are working to identify a body that was found stuck in the floating border wall in the Rio Grande. Texas authorities installed the barrier of floating buoys last month in an effort to stop illegal border crossings. On Wednesday, human remains were discovered stuck in the buoys. Opponents of the barrier claim it violates water treaties and may encroach on Mexican territory. The Justice Department is suing the state over the barrier. Gov. Greg Abbott claims the floating barrier is protected by the Constitution.
