Mike McCarthy is confident that the decision to move on from Kellen Moore as offensive coordinator will benefit his quarterback. McCarthy is set to take over next season as the playcaller for the Dallas offense that is led on the field by Dak Prescott and said a "new voice" will help the QB. The coach said that the Cowboys "feel very strongly" about Prescott as the future of the franchise and that they "will definitely build around" the 29-year-old signal caller. In other news, the Cowboys ranked fifth in the NFLPA's team report cards. The Texans ranked fourth. Players were surveyed on topics that ranged from treatment of families to the quality of team facilities.
