Apple is being named in one of the lawsuits over the deadly Astroworld Festival in Houston. Attorney Tony Buzbee says the tech giant actively promoted Astroworld and live-streamed the November 5th concert at NRG Park. Buzbee claims Apple knew rapper and promoter Travis Scott had violent lyrics, but didn't try to make sure the concert was safe. Ten people died and dozens more were injured when fans pushed towards the stage while Scott and Drake were performing.
