A man faces a murder charge after police say he shot and killed another man during an argument on the Southeast Side. The shooting happened around 9 p.m. Saturday on East Southcross near Pecan Valley Drive. Officers say the two men got into an argument in the parking lot of an apartment building, and 23-year-old Roger McCracken fatally shot 34-year-old Ronnie Riddle. McCracken claims Riddle pulled a knife on him. Riddle was taken to the Brooke Army Medical Center, where he later died. McCracken is charged with murder.
