American swimmers set a world record to claim yet another gold medal in swimming at the Tokyo Olympics. The men's four-by-100 medley relay team won the gold medal with a time of 3 minutes, 26-point-78 seconds. Ryan Murphy, Michael Andrew, Caeleb Dressel and Zach Apple picked up the third gold medal for U.S. swimmers Sunday morning. Dressel won the men's 50-meter freestyle earlier, and Bobby Finke won the men's 15-hundred-meter free as well. Australia's Emma McKeon won her seventh gold medal of these games by winning the 50 free and helping their women's team win the four-by-100 medley relay.
