TEA Releases New Guidelines For Schools Amid Pandemic

The Texas Education Agency is releasing new guidelines for schools amid the pandemic. The changes allow for schools to switch to virtual learning if there are staffing shortages or if there are confirmed cases of coronavirus on the campus. At that point, schools have to notify the TEA and complete required paperwork. When schools reopen, students are allowed to attend in-person classes if they want.
