Realtors: San Antonio Home Sales Surge In June

San Antonio home sales are bouncing back. May sales were dampened by the pandemic, but June sales were robust. The San Antonio Board of Realtors reports more than 3,800 home sales last month, up 14% from last June. Because of stay-home orders and worries about the virus, realtors relied heavily on live webcam home tours, online video tours, and Zoom meetings. Even amid the pandemic, home prices are still on the rise. SABOR says the median price is now $271,500, up 5% from last year.
