Bond Denied Suspect In Harris County Deputy's Murder

Legal office of lawyers, justice and law concept : Wooden judge gavel or a wood hammer and a soundboard used by a judge person on a desk in a courtroom with a blurred brass scale of justice behind.

Bond is being denied for the suspect accused in the shooting death of a Southeast Texas sheriff's deputy. A judge made the decision today during Robert Solis' court appearance on capital murder charges. Harris County prosecutors say Solis shot Deputy Sandeep Dhaliwal to death during a traffic stop last Friday. They also say there is dashcam video of the killing. Prosecutors are expected to pursue the death penalty.
