Former tenants of the apartment building destroyed in the deadly crane collapse will soon be able to get their belongings back. Movers will enter the Elan City Lights Apartments starting this morning to pack and remove tenants' belongings from units that were evacuated after the crane collapse more than a month ago. Many former residents' cars are still trapped inside the parking garage, because the crane destroyed the only entrance. There's still no timeline for the removal of the crane.
