Police Have Zero Clues in Overnight Northwest Side Shooting

Police have little to go on in the shooting of a man on the city's northwest side overnight, News Radio 1200 WOAI reports.

A neighbor found the victim, a man in his twenties, sprawled on the driveway of his home in the 5600 block of Prentiss St, which is near Babcock and Wurzbach.

Nobody reported hearing gunshots, or an argument, or a disturbance, or anything before the man was found with a bullet in his chest. He was rushed to the hospital in extremely critical condition and doctors are struggling to save his life.

Police say they have no witnesses, no suspects or suspect vehicle, and no motive.  They think the shooting may have been connected to an earlier incident in Leon Valley, but they aren't certain of that.
