A's

Mark Canha's two-run single in the eighth inning lifted the A's to a 6-4 win over the Astros in Houston. Matt Chapman tied the game with an RBI double earlier in  the frame for Oakland, which took three-of-four in the series.  Yusmeiro  Petit picked up the win and Lou Trivino posted his fourth save.  Tony  Kemp clubbed a two-run homer and Alex Bregman hit a two-run double to  give the 'Stros an early 4-0 lead.  Houston had won six straight before  this series.  Chris Devenski suffered the loss.
