Sheriff's Investigators Don't Have Much Evidence in Morning Stabbing

Sheriff's investigators have a victim in his twenties who was stabbed in the neck and is in critical condition, and not much else, News Radio 1200 WOAI reports.

About 1:30 this morning, people in a car dumped a man in the parking lot of the Valero station in the 8000 block of FM 78 in northeast Bexar County. The man was bleeding from a stab wound in the neck, and a private ambulance service rushed him to SAMMC.

Deputies don't know where the man was stabbed, why he was stabbed, or even who he is. They have no motive and no suspects.
