Two people were shot, one fatally, in the back yard of as south side home, News Radio 1200 WOAI reports.
Police were called to the 4100 block if South Presa on a report of multiple shots being fired.
Police Chief Bill McManus says when officers arrived, one man, in his mid 30s, was already dead. The other was rushed to the hospital with multiple bullet wounds.
McManus says they have a description of a car seen speeding away, but no suspects and no motive.
